Jori originally trained as a dentist in the Philippines before moving to the United States. She went to the University of California San Francisco and the University of the Pacific to obtain her license and the qualifications she needed to work as a top-notch dental assistant. She has been with us since March 2003 and puts her heart into making sure our patients receive the best care possible. Jori is always ready to jump in and help out, and she loves learning new things to help our practice grow.

One of the things Jori loves most about working at Dr. Const’s office is how well everyone works together. She feels like the team and the patients are like a second family. She is especially proud that 99% of our patients come to us through referrals, which she sees as our biggest compliment.

For Jori, coming to work is more than just a job because she enjoys the people she works with and the patients she meets. It feels like a blessing to her.

Family is very important to Jori, and that includes Dr. Const, Terry, Vi and their family. Outside of work, she loves to cook, try out new eating spots, travel, go hiking, shopping and play pickleball.

Martha, originally from Ohio, graduated from Central Hower High School in 1973. She decided to move to San Francisco in 1976 and became a valued part of our team in 2022. Martha stands out because she brings a lot of experience to the table, always keeps an open mind and loves learning new things. She really enjoys the positive environment at our office, complete with friendly coworkers, relaxing music and stunning views.

Being the oldest sibling in a family of five, Martha places great importance on family. She is a mom to an amazing son and has recently stepped into the exciting role of being a grandmother. When she is not at work, you can find Martha exploring new destinations, enjoying a swim, dining at restaurants or admiring elegant fashion pieces, including beautiful dresses and shoes.

Mina graduated from the City College of San Francisco dental assisting program and joined us in 2023. Mina is very friendly and does a wonderful job in making sure patients feel comfortable at our office. Mina also appreciates the location of our office and enjoys art, hiking and nail art.

Terry was very happy to join Dr. Const’s office in 2010. She has always admired his office from afar, as she worked next doors for many years, thinking to herself, “what a beautiful space”. Fate stepped in, an opening and opportunity was offered, thus began her professional relationship with Dr. Const. Over the years, they have developed a core team which consists of Dr. Const, Jori, Vivian, Terry and our recent assistants, Martha and Mina.

Dedicated to excellence, Terry and the team strive to deliver top-notch care and ensure the best possible oral health for all patients. She values Dr. Const’s genuine concern for both his patients and staff, admiring his commitment to exceeding expectations in every aspect of care.
